Happy New Year!

Wow.. It's been almost six months since I last updated this journal. I don't think I've ever gone so long without updating, but life has been a big roller coaster during all that time. I apologize to all of you who are still with me, since I haven't done much of anything on this site at all. I've actually been far more active on my Tumblr art blog. A lot of that is because I only just got a scanner, and I've been doing a lot of traditional artwork for the last couple of months.

On top of the new scanner, my new beau bought me some new painting stuff, since I lost all of my old stuff, so there is likely to be even more traditional art in the future for me. I'm going to have to start sharing some of my newer stuff, obviously, I just haven't decided if I want to bother scanning any of the traditional work I did the last while (aside from my last two drawings, which I have already scanned).

Anyway, out with the old, in with the new. Last year was... A learning experience. I am really grateful that I have gotten to where I am today, even if it was a struggle. So many wonderful people have come into my life since my ex kicked me out, and I feel like I've started a whole new chapter of my life. What the future holds, I really don't know, but I'm looking forward to finding out. So, thank you again for still being here and reading this. I hope that 2016 will be a better year for us all.
