I drew this during a break at work, and without reference... But I love how it turned out despite that. I think I've finally gotten better at drawing Katie, since I always had trouble with her before. 
Also, the cupcake dress was something I had her wear in an RP on Town Square, so I wanted to try and draw it for myself. Considering I had no lolita dresses to look at for reference when I drew it, I think it turned out pretty decent. xD
